Hi everybody,
This is just a quick update to say that we've reached the point in the project where we're preparing the miniatures for the mould maker. This includes filling in nasty undercuts and splitting off arms and bits. This is a standard procedure and it will take until mid May. Then we will send it all to Gregg in Texas so that he can make masters, sub-masters and production moulds. I will make the next update once the minis are with Gregg @ Wyrmforge.

Almost all smoke test surveys came back without any problems, so I went ahead and sent all the surveys.
I will leave the pledge manager open for at least a month and I will make an update or 2 before I close it.

Hi everybody,
The Pledge Manager setup has just been approved, so I go ahead and make a smoke test where 10% of the backers get an invitation to sort their survey.
If that comes back without issues, then I will send all surveys in about 2-3 days.

Here are the next steps:
1. It will take Kickstarter about 2 weeks to send the funds to us. Leading up to that, we will open the pledge manager for you to confirm your pledges and choose add-on's.
2. We will start to confirm pledges and withdraw funds from Backerkit about 1 month after we've sent the surveys.
3. We like our stragglers too, and if you need some extra time to wrap things up, then that's what it is. We will leave the pledge manager open until May 2024.
